Description
Revise and expand your Research Paper. Revision doesn’t mean just editing for errors; instead, you should evaluate and strengthen your ideas and the way you develop them in the essay. This paper should meet and exceed the criteria for the original Research Paper. In addition to meeting those criteria, in this revision you should:
1. Make changes based on my comments on your Research Paper. Generally, you should apply a comment I make once on your paper to the entire essay. This means you shouldn’t change just the spots I’ve marked; instead, take that suggestion and apply it throughout the essay.
2. Argue for implementing a particular solution to address the problem. The solution you advocate may be one that you find in your research, or it may be one that you develop on your own through your evaluation of the information you’ve synthesized through that process. Make sure to thoroughly argue why this is the best way to begin solving the problem.
3. Enliven your paper with elements besides rational appeal. Along with using thorough research, logic, and clear claims appropriate to an academic paper, make your argument more persuasive by including an emotional or artistic element such as personal story, personal voice, or figurative language.
4. Include an effective title for your paper.
Incorporate at least 7 appropriate sources in this essay, including at least 2 scholarly sources.
