“Retention” is important in marketing. It refers to strategies and tactics you use to nurture and maintain your relationships with customers. According to the National Student Clearinghouse, the retention rate for public, four-year institutions in higher education is 76.3%. That means about 1 in 4 students left their school to study elsewhere — or nowhere at all.

Please develop a research model and a survey questionnaire to help Barry University to improve student retention.
