1. We focus now on change management. We will analyze the successful transformational turnaround effected by current Best Buy Chairman and former CEO, Mr. Herman Joly. Read the McKinsey podcast interview. Identify major aspects of the turnaround that has led to such a successful transformation. You can conduct additional research.
